A major role in the administration plans and its goal to render Thessaloniki's port more competitive and enhance its role in the Eastern Mediterranean plays the construction of the extension of the 6th Pier, the dredging in front of the quays and the purchase of the appropriate equipment.

In parallel to the extension of the 6th Pier, the Company envisages the provision of integrated port services and logistics services to the port zone with a more appropriate strategic orientation enabling the provision of Third Party Logistics (3PL) services.
