Announcement for change of senior managers

Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» («ThPA S.A.» or «Company»), announces that the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Spyros Stamou resigns from the Company, effective on 10th October 2025. ThPA S.A. would like to thank Mr. Stamou for his work as CFO and will revert with a new announcement regarding his replacement.
