The Passenger Terminal parking area has a capacity of 245 spaces. The entrance to the car park is located on Axios Street, 50 meters from the Main Gate of the Port.

The parking area next to Gate 6 has a capacity of 433 spaces and the entrance is on Kountouriotou Street.

The parking area next to Gate 7 has a capacity of 156 parking spaces and the entrance is within the Land Zone of the Port of Thessaloniki.

THPA SA has an outdoor truck parking area with total capacity of 52 parking spaces located near Gate 11 outside the Free Zone for carrying out customs export formalities and immediate exit from the Port.
