“Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.” (ThPA SA), announces that it was informed on 19/2/2025 by the Growthfund (www.hradf.gr), which is, as of 31/12/2024, the successor legal entity of HRADF (https://hradf.com/), that the tender (of HRADF) for the acquisition of the majority share in Volos Port Authority S.A. was cancelled, in which tender, ThPA SA had been declared as the Preferred Investor.
ThPA SA has requested the respective decision from Growthfund and will revert with a newer Announcement for any potential actions, always considering the optimal protection of the interests of both the legal entity and its shareholders.
