In accordance with the provisions of article 24 para. 2 of Law 3461/2006, as in force, and following the submission of the voluntary tender offer by the company “LEONIDSPORT B.V.” (hereinafter the “Offeror”) on 10 January 2025 for the acquisition of up to 2,116,800 ordinary, registered voting shares of the company “THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY SOCIETE ANONYME” (hereinafter the “Company”) (the “Tender Offer”), it is notified that on 14.01.2025, the Offeror acquired 48,306 shares of the Company, corresponding to 0.5% of the share capital and voting rights of the Company, for a price of EUR 27.00 per share through stock exchange transactions, which will be settled on 16.01.2025.
Taking into account the above acquisitions, as well as those announced by the Offeror until 13rd of January 2025, the Offeror now holds, together with the persons acting in concert with the Offeror (as defined in article 2(e) of Law 3461/2006), 260,420 Shares representing 2.6% of the share capital and voting rights of the Company.
