Following publications about an increase in the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors of ThPA S.A., it is highlighted, as included in the published Annual Financial Report for the year 2022 (paragraph 3.1.2.), that the difference in the account “Remuneration of executives and Members of the BoD” in 2022 compared to 2021, is due to the payment of amounts to fulfil contractual obligations of the company to executives who have left the company and the increase in the number of staff.
This is published to avoid the creation of false impressions.
