Announcement for change of senior managers

Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (“ThPA S.A.” or “Company”), announces that the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. George Karamanolakis is leaving the Company, effective on 5th January 2024. ThPA S.A. would like to thank Mr. Karamanolakis for his valuable support during his role as CFO within the Company and will revert with a new announcement regarding his replacement.
