Announcement on the total amount of Share Capital according to the provisions of Law 3556/2007

THPA SA, according to the provision of Article 9, par. 5 of Law 3556/2007, and in order to estimate and determine the limits of acquisition or disposal of significant blocks of shares by shareholders of voting rights, informs the investor public that the company’s share capital amounts to 30,240,000 euros, which is divided by 10,080,000 common registered shares with voting rights, with a nominal value of 3.0 euros per share.
