South Europe Gateway Thessaloniki (SEGT)LtD, is controlled by Melbery Investments LtD according to art. 3 par. 1 (c) of L. 3556/2007, which holds a percentage of 66, 67% in the share capital of South Europe Gateway Thessaloniki (SEGT)LtD. Melbery Investments LtD is controlled by Helanor Holdings LtD according to art. 3 par. 1 (c) of L. 3556/2007, which holds a percentage of 70% in the share capital of Melbery Investments LtD. Helanor Holdings LtD is controlled by Deutsche Invest Equity Partners GmbH according to art. 3 par. 1 (c) of L. 3556/2007, which holds a percentage of 100% in the share capital of Helanor Holdings LtD. Deutsche Invest Equity Partners GmbH is controlled by TransConnect Unternehmensberatungs-und Beteiligungs AG according to art. 3 par. 1 (c) of L. 3556/2007, which holds a percentage of 100% in the share capital of Deutsche Invest Equity Partners GmbH. TransConnect Unternehmensberatungs-und Beteiligungs AG is controlled by Stephan Goetz according to art. 3 par. 1 (c) of L. 3556/2007, who holds a percentage of 51,25% in the share capital of TransConnect Unternehmensberatungs-und Beteiligungs AG and a percentage of 55,4803% of TransConnect Unternehmensberatungs-und Beteiligungs AG voting rights.
