The company THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY SA, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, announces the notification received from the Ministry of Finance of the Greek Government as following:
- Corporate name of entity subject to the notification obligation : Ministry of Finance, Greek Government
- Corporate name of shareholder: Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations SA – Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (HRADF)
Τhe Ministry of Finance of the Greek Government, notifies that as a result of the stock market transaction that took place on 23rd of March 2018, the percentage of voting rights indirectly held in the company “Thessaloniki Port Authority SA”, decreased from 74.27% (7,486,194 common shares) to 7.27% (732,594 common shares) after the transfer of 67% (6,753,600 common shares) by “Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (HRADF)” to the company “South Europe Gateway Thessaloniki (SEGT) Limited”. The Greek Government by controlling directly 100% the «Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations SA», which directly controls the «Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (HRADF)», indirectly controls the aforementioned voting rights.
