Notification of major change in voting rights pursuant to law 3556/2007

Acting in accordance with Article 9(1) and (4) of Law 3556/2007 and Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/2007, the company ‘Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.’ hereby gives notice that it received a notification on 3.11.2008 from Morgan Stanley that on 30.10.2008 the companies Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated New York sold shares in Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A. with the result that the percentage of voting rights held by Morgan Stanley dropped below the 5% limit and in particular fell from 5.087% to 4.993% (503,328 voting rights compared to the 512,780 rights which it previously held).
