The ThPA S.A. Board of Directors decided to set up the Thessaloniki Port Users Committee with a view to engaging a dialogue and essential cooperation with the port’s clients-users in order to address issues relating to its daily operation and improve the services provided.
The Users Committee will consist of representatives of Thessaloniki’s Shipping Agents Association, the Customs Agents Union, Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EBETH), Thessaloniki Professional Chamber (EETH), Thessaloniki Chamber of Crafts (VETH), the Greek International Business Association (SEVE), the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece (SVVE) and the Association of Transport Companies of Northern Greece.
The establishment and operation of the Users Committee is independent from the Thessaloniki Port Users Council, provided for in Law 4504/2017.
