ThPA S.A. recognizing the important work performed by the Hellenic Police proceeded to an important donation of 18 new motorcycles, which will directly enhance the work of the Thessaloniki Directorate of Emergency Response. The donation was sealed with a symbolic ceremony, which took place today, Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Pier No 1 of the Port of Thessaloniki.
During the ceremony, in recognition of the Company’s contribution to the Police, the General Police Director of Thessaloniki, Brigadier Christos Bouloubasis expressed his sincere thanks to the Executive Chairman of the BoD & Managing Director of ThPA S.A., Thanos Liagkos and presented him with an honorary plaque.
The Head of the Prime Minister’s office in Thessaloniki, Maria Antoniou, stressed: “As a State, we provide our officers the necessary equipment to enable them to perform their duties efficiently. This very important gesture by ThPA S.A. further strengthens the Police fleet at a time when the needs are increased.”
The Vice Governor of the Region of Central Macedonia and President of Thessaloniki Tourism Organization, Voula Patoulidou, highlighted, “I would like to congratulate ThPA S.A. for its excellent initiative to enhance the fleet of the Hellenic Police. The 18 motorcycles delivered to the Hellenic Police will significantly help the mission of the women and men of the Hellenic Police, which is none other than the safety of our fellow citizens.”
The General Police Director of Thessaloniki, Brigadier, Christos Bouloubasis, marked: “The valuable contribution of the 18 new, modern motorcycles by ThPA S.A., reinforces and upgrades the functional and operational dynamics of the Emergency Response Directorate. We assure you that the use and utilization of the CFMOTO 650MT motorcycles offered by ThPA S.A, to the Hellenic Police will be passed into an offer to society and all citizens, enhancing the sense of security.”
The Executive Chairman of the BoD & Managing Director of ThPA S.A., Thanos Liagkos, stated: “Our intention is the 18 new, fully equipped motorcycles delivered today by ThPA S.A. to strengthen the service of the Hellenic Police, reinforcing the sense of security of the city’s residents.
