«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (ThPA S.A.) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2024, in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1&2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook as follows:
- Release of the annual financial statements for the financial year 2023: Wednesday, April 17th, 2024.
The Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2023 will be available on the Company’s website www.thpa.gr and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange www.athexgroup.gr
- Analyst Day, presentation of the Company’s financial results to analysts: Thursday, April 18th, 2024.
- Annual General Shareholders Meeting: Friday, May 10th, 2024.
- Ex-dividend date: Tuesday, May 14th, 2024.
- Dividend beneficiaries for the financial year 2023 – “Record date”: Wednesday, May 15th, 2024.
- Dividend payment date will start on: Monday, May 20th, 2024.
The Company will issue an updated announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
