New members of the company’s BoD

THPA S.A. announces that at the meeting of the company’s BoD, two new members were appointed, Mr. Panagiotis Kardaras and Mr. Dimitrios Mpikas as non-executive members, following the resignation of Mr. Anastasios Kantaras and Georgios Lazaridis. Also at the same meeting Mr. Konstantinos Mellios was elected as Vice President by secret ballot.
