Notification of change of the composition of the Board of Directors

The “Port Authority of Thessaloniki SA” announces that at the meeting of the Board of Directors on 11.09.2018, a new member was  appointed   Mr. Cedric Garnier, replacing the resigned member Mr. Yong Yu. Also at the same meeting, the status of Mr. Artur Davidian was changed from a non-executive member to executive.
