ThPA S.A. is among the first 41 companies in Greece to be awarded the Diversity Seal, awarded by the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs under the National Strategy for Equality and Fight against Discrimination. This is a meaningful initiative spotlighting companies that implement policies and practices promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.

“The awarding of the Diversity Seal to the Thessaloniki Port Authority recognizes an effort of great importance: making inclusion a part of a company’s day-to-day operations. The Seal is not a mere formality. It is the result of a specific evaluation process and recognizes companies that demonstrate in practice that equality and inclusion can become an integral part of workplace culture,” stated the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs, Ms. Domna Michailidou.
