The Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa, Beryl Rose Sisulu, accompanied by the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of South Africa, Vassilis Takas and her associates, visited ThPA S.A. yesterday. The Executive Chairman of the BoD & Managing Director of ThPA S.A., Thanos Liagkos, the Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Strategic Communications of ThPA S.A., Theodora Riga and other executives of the Company participated in the meeting.
During the visit, Mr. Liagkos presented an overview of the multilevel Investment Plan implemented by ThPA S.A. focusing on the significant benefits for society and the economy. In addition, the Ambassador and her delegation had the opportunity to explore the present and future of the Port of Thessaloniki through the impressive 3D interactive model of ThPA S.A. and to experience the reasons, why ThPA S.A. is more than a port.
Both sides acknowledged the added value of maintaining open channels of communication, confirming the prospects of developing a mutually beneficial cooperation in the future.
